Yet again Simon has provided a full wrap round service that removes all my stress and anxiety, and leaves me being able to feel confident and proficient.
After 6 years with a lovely little laptop that he helped me to choose, set-up and kept me supported with advice, updates and occasional fix-its because I had done something embarrassingly inept, Simon has helped me to choose my next laptop. He lovingly equipped it with the software applications that are right for me, and linked it to the other hardware on my network. It is a beautiful machine – the design and feel – and I did rather enjoy the envious glances on the train and in the office! Thankfully, and entirely attributable to Simon’s patience in showing me how to get the best out of it,
I also appear efficient and competent in its use!
A few weeks later, we invested in a CD player (yes we still use them) that also streamed music and had a linked speaker, that was able to stream on its own. Setting it up was too complicated for us. So he came round and within 15 minutes had set it up, downloaded the app onto our phones and showed us how to use it. Wonderful!
So – Simon helps us to set up our phones, link our various lap tops and printers together, set up reminders and arrange continuing security. I suspect we will give in and get an I Pad before long – and then there will be his I Pad group to attend!
It is true to say that I am not sure what I would have done without his help, advice and support. I need to appear as a confident and competent consultant – and manage to do so with the outstanding preparation and back up that he provides.
